New 2012 HONDA CRF50F
Get Started in the Right Gear.
There’s a good reason Honda’s CRF50F is probably the world’s most popular beginner bike. A whole bunch of great reasons, actually. First, its bulletproof engine develops the kind of smooth, easy-to-use power first-timers really need. Its three-speed transmission with automatic clutch is newbie-friendly, and its tough suspension stands up to the use (and abuse!) of first-time riders. The CRF50F has features like an adjustable throttle limiter so you can tailor the power to your rider’s skills. That kind of thoughtful engineering, long-term overall quality and a whole lot more are what make the CRF50F a Honda.

New 2012 KTM 125 SX
New for 2012:
» new frame » new swing arm » new rear shock » new front fork (bushings, seals and setting) » new intake boot (better performance) » new kickstarter (-80 gr, better ergonomics)
New intake snorkel
The flow-optimized intake flange between airbox and carburetor on the 125 SX now ensures even better charging with fresh gas. This results in even freer revving and even more power in all RPM ranges for the liquid-cooled, two-stroke machine.
New exhaust expansion chamber
The new exhaust expansion chamber on the 125 SX has not only improved in quality; in conjunction with the two-stroke machine's exhaust control system, its optimized resonance chamber ensures an extra shot of engine power — explosive, but dependable.
New frame
The completely revamped frame on the 125 SX is made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel and is extremely light and torsion-resistant. It is also characterized by a particularly balanced geometry that combines playful handling with razor-sharp precision.
New linkage rear suspension
The two-strokes in the MX range from KTM are now also equipped with the elaborate linkage rear suspension system. Linking the shock absorber via a lever system provides high progressiveness and wide adjustment ranges. The 125 SX therefore has a season ticket for the podium, even on the most brutal motocross tracks.
New swingarm
Apart from the new linkage rear suspension, there is the new cast aluminum swingarm, which is designed for minimum weight while supplying optimum lateral stiffness and defined longitudinal flexibility. This makes a major contribution to the excellent tracking stability of the 125 SX and its precise handling and extreme traction.

New telescopic fork setting
The further improved upside-down telescopic fork incorporating closed-cartridge technology now ensures even greater punch with a somewhat tauter setting. At the same time, the WP fork with 48 mm (1.89 in) outer tube diameter bolsters the lightweight handling of the 125 SX.

New 2012 KTM 250 SX-F
2012 KTM 250SX-F Review
The world champion concept
There can be no better proof of the supremacy of the 250 SX-F than three consecutive MX2 world championship titles. But that’s no reason for KTM to rest on its laurels. The new model is now available with a revamped chassis and an electric starter that proves its worth in many situations. Hence the smallest four-stroke in the KTM MX range continues to guarantee top finishes.
New for 2012 the 250 SX-F model is now equipped with Dunlop MX51 tires.
2012 KTM 250SX-F Features and Benefits
Engine
The compact, state-of-the-art DOHC four-stroke engine in the 250 SX-F is equipped as standard with an electric starter for the 2012 model year. Derived directly from the Marvin Musquin's world championship bike, it excels with an extremely wide usable rev range and powerful performance from the bottom end up to beyond the nominal engine speed.
Valve train
In the cylinder head with two overhead camshafts, extremely lightweight, carbon-coated cam levers actuate four titanium valves. This elaborate valve train and ultra-light piston on the 250 SX-F allow the extremely short-stroke engine to rev up to 13,400 rpm.
Engine management (EMS)
The Keihin engine management system with electronic fuel injection ensures spontaneous responsiveness and maximum performance from the engine. Various engine characteristics can be activated with an optional map select switch.
Frame
The state-of-the-art frame on the 250 SX-F made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel is extremely light and torsion-resistant. It is also characterized by a particularly balanced geometry that combines playful handling with razor-sharp precision.
Swingarm with linkage suspension
The linkage rear suspension on the 250 SX-F bolsters accurate handling and extreme traction. The lightweight aluminum swingarm is designed for optimum lateral stiffness. The linkage system along with the WP shock absorber provides a very high progressive feel along with wide adjustment ranges.
Telescopic fork
The further improved upside-down telescopic fork incorporating closed-cartridge technology now ensures even greater punch with a somewhat tauter setting. At the same time, the WP fork with 48 mm (1.89 in) outer tube diameter boosts the precise handling of the 250 SX-F.
EMS
The Keihin engine management system with electronic fuel injection and electronic throttle valve control ensures spontaneous responsiveness and maximum performance from the engine. Various engine characteristics can be activated with an optional map select switch.
Electric starter
Years ago, KTM proved that an electric starter is very advantageous even in the tough sport of motocross. That's why the 250 SX-F can now also be started at the press of a button. To lighten the load, the electric starter can be removed and a kick starter installed in its place.
Bodywork
The bodywork of the 250 SX-F with the very slim seat and radiator shrouds, plus excellent contact points, perfect the bike's ergonomics, making handling even simpler and more precise.

New 2012 KTM 350 EXC-F
2012 KTM 350 EXC-F Review
350 EXC-F: THE DAWNING OF A NEW ERA
KTM is applying the recipe for success from the 2010 MX World Championship to the Enduro WC. The new 350 EXC-F combines the ultra-easy handling of a 250 with the powerful performance of a 450. The result is maximum chances of victory for professionals and maximum fun factor for amateurs. The extremely wide rev range and powerful performance of the DOHC high-tech four-stroke and the efficient rideability of the new 350 EXC-F set the tone for previously unattainable enduro characteristics.
2012 KTM 350 EXC-F Features and Benefits
HANDLING OF A 250
FRAME
The new 350 EXC-F's lightweight frame made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel is distinguished by an extremely high level of lateral stiffness. It is also excellent at absorbing jolts introduced by the suspension system, whereby the playful handling and comfort of the 350 EXC-F have been further optimised.
SWINGARM, PDS
The new 350 EXC-F's lightweight cast aluminium swingarm accommodates the WP shock absorber almost centrally, in order to load the swing arms more evenly. The PDS shock absorber with adjustable rebound and high/low-speed compression damping works with high progression, in spite of the direct linking.
TELESCOPIC FORK
The new 350 EXC-F is equipped with the latest WP upside-down fork with wide adjustment ranges. The sensitive responsiveness and outstanding damping of the open-cartridge fork with 48 mm (1.89 in) outer tubes are a perfect complement for the 350 EXC-F's playful handling and precision.
WHEELS
Practically unbeatable in terms of weight and stability, the wheels have CNC-machined hubs, Excel rims, zinc/nickel-coated spokes and aluminium nipples. They reduce the unsprung and gyroscopic masses, hence boosting the playful handling of the new 350 EXC-F.
PERFORMANCE OF A 450
ENGINE
The new 350 EXC-F's compact, state-of-the-art four-stroke engine excels with an extremely wide usable rev range and the performance of an engine with much greater displacement. A laterally positioned balancer shaft, which acts as the drive for both timing chain and water pump, eliminates the vibration typical of this model type.
CYLINDER HEAD
In the cylinder head with two overhead camshafts, four titanium valves are actuated by extremely lightweight, carbon-coated cam levers. This elaborate valve train, the ultra-light pistons and the new 350 EXC-F's extremely short-stroke engine facilitate speeds of up to 13,000 1/min.
BALANCER SHAFT
The balancer shaft not only eliminates vibration, but also acts as an intermediate shaft for the valve train and as the drive for the water pump. This intelligent multi-functionality makes a key contribution to the compactness and low weight of the new 350 EXC-F's engine.
CRANKSHAFT
When designing the crankshaft on the new 350 EXC-F, KTM engineers focussed on a reduction in the reciprocating weight and fine adjustment of the rotating masses. In this way, they managed to combine minimum vibration with an outstanding free-revving nature and optimum traction.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
The new 350 EXC-F's engine is equipped with two oil pumps. A pressure pump lubricates the engine and clutch and cools the ignition, while a suction pump draws oil from the crankcase, using it to lubricate the transmission. At the same time, negative pressure arises in the casing, which provides an additional boost to engine power.
EMS
The Keihin engine management system with electronic fuel injection ensures spontaneous responsiveness and maximum performance from the engine. Various engine characteristics can be activated with an optional map select switch.
CLUTCH
The 350 EXC-F's newly developed clutch, with a robust steel cage and transmission-friendly back-damping, makes use of a spring washer for the first time instead of the customary conical springs, hence substantially reducing the operating force. The hydraulic actuation mechanism from Brembo® facilitates sensitive modulation of the clutch.
TRANSMISSION
The six-gear transmission on the new 350 EXC-F has been designed especially to match the characteristics of the 350cc engine and meet the demands of enduro sport, excelling with its precise and easy shifting.
SILENCER
The new 350 EXC-F's silencer with its large volume reduces noise levels to the stricter standards of the future.
WITH ELECTRIC STARTER
ELECTRIC STARTER
The new 350 EXC-F is equipped with both a kickstarter and an electric starter. The drive for the electric starter is integrated into the generator cover instead of the engine case, so the bike can be converted into a pure kickstarter simply by replacing the generator cover.
OPTIMUM ERGONOMICS
BODYWORK
The new 350 EXC-F's bodywork with the very slim seat and spoiler lines, plus excellent contact points, perfects the bike's ergonomics, making handling even simpler and more precise. The long rear fender protects the rider very effectively from swirled up stones.

NEW FRAME
The completely revamped frame made from high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel is characterised by even greater lateral stiffness. Furthermore, it is even better at absorbing jolts introduced by the suspension system, whereby the simple handling and comfort of the 450 EXC have been further optimised.
NEW SWINGARM, NEW PDS, NEW SETTING

New 2012 YAMAHA FX NYTRO MTX 162
- High Performance 4-stroke engine
The over-achieving High Performance engine is the heart of our lightweight, high performance and aggressive FX Nytro model family. It has dominated its class at the Old Forge Shoot-Out 2 years straight, claiming top speed twice and posting the best average ET over 4 runs down the ¼-mile track.
- Advanced fuel injection
The High Performance engine uses Yamaha’s advanced fuel injection system to control fuel flow to the engine. Consumers will enjoy the engine’s spot-on performance and throttle response as a result of the advanced electronic fuel injection system.
- Engine braking reduction system
The High Performance engine features the unique Engine Braking Reduction System. The system allows a small amount of air to pass through the fuel injection system when the throttle is released, giving riders a “coast” feeling.
- Lightweight rear-exiting exhaust
The patented rear exit design serves many performance-enhancing functions on the FX Nytro MTX 162. First, it maximizes horsepower by using a straight exhaust pipe design. Second, it reduces the amount of under-hood heat produced. Third, the rear-exiting design distributes weight to contribute to the excellent balance of the sled.
- Forced air radiator ducting
The FX Nytro MTX 162’s airflow design pulls fresh air in from around the headlight and forces it through the radiator fins for high cooling capacity, resulting in consistent engine performance even in low-snow conditions.
- New! 15 x 162 x 2.25-inch Single-ply Ascent™ track
The new Ascent mountain track was designed to get on plane quicker in powder and be durable enough to handle the high horsepower of a boosted sled. This was achieved by strengthening the bottom 2/3 of the lug for acceleration, while leaving the top 1/3 elastic to be able to curve and provide lift. The 15x162x2.25-inch track features a 3-inch pitch to allow more snow to pack in between the lugs for a firmer grip on the snow.
- New! single-piece extrovert drive sprockets
Churning the track is a pair of new single-piece extrovert drive sprockets. The engineering teams purpose-built these sprockets to work with the Ascent™ track, reduce weight from the previous sprockets, and decrease vibration.
- FXG2 front suspension geometry
The FX Nytro MTX 162 features the acclaimed FX Nytro front suspension with more trail and relaxed caster for greater deep snow handling and side hilling ability. The sway bar was also removed to enhance handling in steep, mountainous regions.
- New! Camoplast MT9 Ski
The new skis have great deep snow flotation and cut 1.8 lbs off from the previous design.
- FX™ chassis with sport rider-forward position
The compact design puts the engine down low and back in the chassis, leaving the top of the cab open for airflow. This gives the FX Nytro MTX 162 a very centralized mass. The FX Nytro MTX 162’s sport rider-forward ergonomic design puts the rider in an aggressive, yet comfortable, forward posture.
- Tall, wide, hooked mountain handlebars
To match the tall and forward position, a single-piece, dual-hooked handlebar is standard fare on the FX Nytro MTX 162. The hooks have the same grip material as the main bar section, for consistent control, regardless of hand position on the grip. Mountain riders will appreciate the center grab strap when it’s time for sidehilling.
- Composite upper skeleton
The headlight assembly and upper portion of the Nytro MTX 162 is supported by a super-lightweight composite framework. By using a rugged, high tech composite material as the structure for the top portion of the sled, Yamaha engineers were able to keep the mass centered low and deep in the chassis.
- Lightweight tunnel
The FX Nytro MTX 162 features a lightweight tunnel design. With the runningboards tipped up at an aggressive 11-degree angle, the FX Nytro MTX 162 delivers big ground clearance for deep snow capability. The design also features large snow evacuation and boot gripper punch outs.
- ProMountain® Air rear suspension
The Nytro MTX 162 is equipped with a totally redesigned rear suspension. In a joint effort, Yamaha co-developed this suspension with Fox to make it the best suspension for any mountain rider. It is equipped with a Fox® Float™ 2 and Fox® Float™ XV shock that boost this suspension to a whole another level. This combined with a new shallow approach angle, a semi coupled design, and new lightweight rails, make this one suspension you don’t want to mess with.
- Fox® FLOAT™ 2 front shocks
Fox® FLOAT™ 2 shocks use an air spring designed to force the piston to rebound. This eliminates the need for steel coil springs. They cut three pounds off the sled’s overall weight, as compared to traditional coil over springs. They are individually tunable by using a pocket-sized air pump, which comes with the sled, so consumers will be able to set the front suspension up to their liking.
- Wide runningboards with traction
The FX Nytro MTX 162 is all about fun and handling. As a result, the runningboards are nice and wide and loaded with traction. Riders will be able to put their feet anywhere on the runningboards and have confidence in their traction. This allows the rider to move around and really enjoy the full fun of a lightweight sled.
- Wheels with removable bearings
Replaceable bearing wheels makes maintenance easy and cheap, while the 6 spoke design adds to the visual appeal of the already super cool looking Nytro MTX 162. This design is implemented on all rear wheels.
- New sculpted narrow seat
The FX Nytro MTX 162 has a narrow seat for comfort. In addition to putting the rider in a tall, forward, attack posture, the seat’s height makes it plush and comfortable for a full day of riding. The narrow seat sits atop the beveled tunnel, which allows the track to be a traditional 15 inches wide, to maximize traction. In addition, a new seat cover material has been incorporated this year for added comfort and durability. The seat foam has been improved as well with anti-sagging properties.
- Concentrated hand warmers
These hand warmers have a concentrated element design, which focuses the heat in the middle of the grip material. The result is a warm grip for your hand’s most comfortable riding position. In addition, an insulator is placed between the heating element and handlebar to retain heat longer and more efficiently than previous designs.
- Standard electric start
Yamaha’s electric starter system allows consumers to fire up their Nytro MTX 162 with the turn of a key. There is no pulling on a nylon cord to get this high-tech engine growling! Electric start is a standard feature on all of Yamaha’s 4-stroke machines.
- Digital gauge
The digital gauge displays key information at a glance. Vehicle speed is displayed on a large LCD readout. In addition, the rider can select tachometer, odometer or tripmeter data to appear on secondary readout. The gauge also displays system warning lights, fuel level, and warmer intensity.
- Standard mechanical reverse
The Nytro MTX 162’s simple reverse system allows riders to back out of tight spaces hassle-free. It’s engaged with the lever located on the right shroud. Just pull out the lever and slide it to the right for quick and easy use.
- Quick-release, single-piece hood/console shroud
The FX Nytro MTX 162 has a single-piece hood and console shroud. The design allows owners to open and close the top portion of the sled easily with Dzus® quick-connect fasteners.
- New graphic packages
The FX Nytro MTX 162 comes in two graphic packages; Yamaha blue/white as well as Yamaha black. These awesome designs produce one of the best looking sleds on the snow.

- 15 x 144 x 1.25-inch Camoplast® Rip Saw™ track
The FX Nytro XTX uses a 144-inch Camoplast® Rip Saw™ track. The added length is what gives the sled its excellent off-trail, fresh snow flotation. The basic Rip Saw™ design has been widely acclaimed in the industry as the best all-around OEM track for acceleration, cornering bite and everyday trail usage. The Rip Saw™ track development is the result of a collaborative effort between Yamaha and Camoplast®.
- FXG2 front suspension geometry
The FX Nytro XTX features the acclaimed FXG2 front suspension with more trail and relaxed caster for crisp steering response and confidence-inspiring, flat handling in the corners and through the rough trail.

- Lightweight tunnel
The FX Nytro XTX features a lightweight tunnel design. With the runningboards tipped up at an aggressive 11-degree angle, the XTX delivers big ground clearance for off trail capability. The new design also features large snow evacuation and boot gripper punch outs. The lightweight tunnel was developed on the Pro Open snocross race sled.
- Dual Shock® CK 144 rear suspension
The Dual Shock CK 144 rear suspension is the culmination of many years of development and testing. In order to be the ultimate crossover snowmobile, the FX Nytro XTX needed to have cornering like a 121-inch trail sled, bump bridging like a 136-inch sled and the flotation of a 144-inch sled. The solution is the aggressive 6-degree rear tip-up on the rails, which gives the sled the footprint of a short track model on hardpack and the footprint of a long track model in fresh snow. The coupled design delivers excellent comfort and bump absorption over a wide variety of trail conditions.
- 40mm compression-adjusting clicker shock
The Dual Shock CK 144 rear suspension is fitted with a 40mm HPG shock with a remote reservoir and compression clicker on the rear arm and an aluminum-body HPG shock on the front arm.

2012 Yamaha Raider SCL Features and Benefits
ENGINE
•113-cubic-inch (1854cc) air-cooled, OHV with 4 valves per cylinder, pushrod 48-degree V-twin pumps out max torque at just 2500 rpm and max power at 4500 rpm for powerful, relaxed cruising.
•Four pushrod-activated valves and two spark plugs per cylinder provide optimum combustion efficiency along with classically beautiful engine architecture.
•Ceramic-composite plated cylinders for superior heat dissipation with forged pistons cooled by oil jets. Provides outstanding reliability and longer engine life.
•9.48:1 compression ratio and aggressive cam timing increase power output across the board.
•Computer-controlled, twin-bore fuel injection monitors multiple engine parameters to calculate perfect mixture under all conditions; wide-angle 12-hole fuel injectors provide excellent atomization.
•A 3.5-liter airbox is hidden in the area below the fuel tank for great performance and clean styling.
•Two-into-one-into-two exhaust with Exhaust Ultimate Power valve (EXUP®) inside boosts torque in the 2500~3500-rpm range.
•Special custom-machining of the cooling fin edges gives a jewel-like appearance to the engine as light hits it from different angles.
CHASSIS / SUSPENSION
•All-aluminum cast frame is light, rigid, and tuned for light, athletic handling. A light, Controlled-Fill, aluminum swingarm casting complements the bike’s lithe style.
•Low, sculpted rider and passenger seat of exclusive, two-toned genuine leather with orange stitching set this bike apart while maintaining the Raider’s casual, urban cruising style ergonomics.
•A 6-degree yoke angle—the first ever on a street-legal Star Motorcycle—makes it possible to achieve that custom look as well as neutral handling and straight-line cruisability: 33-degree rake plus 6 degrees yoke angle gives total rake of 39 degrees and 102mm of trail.
•Custom 5-spoke wheels co-developed by Star and Performance Machine are chrome plated for uncommon custom beauty. There’s 120/70-21-inch tire up front, and a wide, 210/40-18 out back—the tallest and widest ever on a Star.

In 2006, Stefan Everts was reigning world champion (with a mere 14 victories in 15 Grand Prix) and then he became KTM Race Director. Back then, he could already see where the future of motocross was heading and in KTM he found an ideal partner for his vision: efficient and maximum practicable performance from smaller displacements in an overall package that's tailored unconditionally to the requirements of the rider. 4 years or so later, it's ready: the new 350 SX-F. With a new engine, fuel injection system and smaller displacement, new bodywork, new chassis - in fact, a whole new concept. What with the first Grand Prix victory and racing to the top of the overall standings in the MX1 class after only two races, maybe even the beginning of a new era in motocross ...

New 2011 KTM 50 SX
Online price is our outright, NO TRADE sale price.
KTM for racers aged between about 4 and 10 years and up to a height of 130cm. This is no "toy" with dodgily built cheap components; this is a proper motorcycle that sets standards in its class for safety, child ergonomics and riding fun. Equipped with high-quality components throughout, such as generously dimensioned suspension elements, high-quality disc brakes, a sturdy frame made from chrome-molybdenum stainless steel, alloy rims and aluminium handlebars with safety padding. The engine is a completely new development specifically for the 50SX and excels with linear power development and innovative solutions, such as a centrifugally controlled automatic clutch that can be adjusted individually to the riding ability of the budding racer: nice and gentle for beginners, then later powerful and direct with higher revs. Another sensible option for beginners lacking in experience: the restrictor kit from the PowerParts range of accessories.
The 50 SX with its highly modern 2-stroke is the ultimate mini race bike. Derived from fullsize race bikes it is adopted exactly for the needs of our small racers. Start it, open the throttle – that’s it! Easier than riding a bicycle thanks to the centrifugal clutch.
